don't regret thinking of the past, it is a good fuel to push yourself forward. Take it all in as a lesson I guess is what I'm trying to say. That kind of sadness can be 'addicting' as Gotye would put it. Misery is a pretty heavily-intoxicating emotion. Revel in it, own it, roll in the sadness for a while until you are thoroughly saturated and then silenty sit back and watch it float away. If you need someone to just vent to I am very willing to listen.
