ON DADDYS AND DAUGHTERS:
so i am going to be an aunt on (roughly) september 15. And i'm sure my brother's 21 year old girlfriend planned it. AND he has no job, no car, no schooling, no money saved ,and no desire to GET a job. How could she possible think that getting pregnant was a good idea? a few months of attention and babying, yeah, and then you have the BABY for at least 20, 25 yrs or more. Ad they want to name name her "Paisly" bc theythought she was going to be born in the fall. Failing to realize, i guess, that September 15 is still the summer. I'm so mad at him for being such a loser. He still thinks his "band" who has never even recorded a demo is doing to make it when he is older than her and this close to hitting the glass ceiling. I mean, he does have ADHD, but does that mean his daughter should have to suffer the consequences of having a daddy that's not there for her like i have?
All i see is her desperately seeking a father figure her whole life like I have.
And when she(the mother) realizes what a loser he his and dumps us, where will that leave our family? when we will be able to ever see her? bunch of fucking bullshit. but what can i do? so why should i worry. it's just one more girl gonna get bounced back and forth LA until she realizes just exavtly what she's been given in life by such selfish parents.
but maybe she'll be able to transcend all that, somehow.
