So i really want to get breast implants to move from an A cup to a C cup but I'm worried the surgeon will say I have ti take my 10 star shaped microdermals out that are on my chest. And even if I dont have to take them out a new breast shape will almost 100% likely mess up the symetry of the star. Maybe I can just have to bottom two positioned further outward to fix the symetry. that wouldn't be that big of a problem but for some reason i'm abnormally worried about it. I'm just really attached to my star and I don't want anything to happen to it. I don't know why I'm so consumingly worried about this since I'm not even close to saving enough money for my implants yet but for some reason I am. If I have ti I'll just have to have them taken out, get the implants, wait till those are healed and then get my dermals again. IT's just bigger breast would push the bottom 2 together and it would line up more like a box in that area than a star. that would be crap. Anyway i just wanted- no pun intended- to get that off my chest.
