A good friend of mine killed himself Friday night. I lit a candle and visualized him tonight. It helped some. I still can't believe he is gone. Seriously I can't. This is so fucking hard to come to terms with. I am filled with so much pain and regret. Wishing and wondering if I could have done anything to prevent this.
