. WOOOOHOOOO -just got done with the KC Dirty Duo race! Totally fun! Now to try to find all the mud in the next washing...(yes, it takes several times to get totally clean, nothing like finishing a 6 mile race on your belly in the mud! And I got a nice early Sat buzz from the free beer at the end! I will post some pics...

oh my goodness that sounds like a blast! ILL TRADE YOUUUUU haha this is fun every year tho i havent ran or anything so ill be effed esp having asthma as bad as i do but i need some motivation and its a lot of fun and we get in free to the zoo all day. so im game good luck!
