i need to fix my sleep schedule... lately i've been going to sleep at 9:30PM and waking up at 6:00AM.. and there's NO reason for me to be awake that early. i mean, if i had a job or somewhere/something to do, maybe that'd be a good sleep schedule... but as for now, i just go to sleep at the same time as a 70yo woman, and then wake up bored/restless. and what's sad is that i've been falling asleep texting, and i'll get texts after i'm asleep, so then i wake up in the morning and feel like such a loser when i have to reply, "sorry, i fell asleep." i hope they look at their last text from me and are like, "you go to bed WHEN?!?"

then you might have to start going to AA meetings in the afternoon
