HEY! does anyone out there know a good place i can go in for a tattoo today? i know, super last minute... but i just woke up being like, "i seriously need ink today." haha! i don't know what it is, but i just need to get something really small to kill the itch. sooooo... a good place/person to go to in portland, oregon... please?
