It must be all the extra chemical additives in the US dairy products. We're too poor down under to afford all them expensive additives so, naturally, our dairy products lack that special something you lucky folks in the good ol' US of A must be getting. I really liked Glebe Market, even better then Paddington Market. It reminds me very much of Kensington during its hay days. but 3 xs the size.
