The mortgage thing is moving along. I've got a lender and a realtor workin for me, so everything is defintely under way. Have to somehow get a hold of my 2003 tax return (I've only got my w2s for that year, we efiled and the paperwork has since dissappeared.) which may hold me up but hopefully everything will be good.

I had a list of people to call and things to do today and I'm happy to report that it isn't even 11am here and I've got all the hard stuff done. Yay for me!
