You know, most of the time I use lyrics for my photos/blogs/pretty much everything titles. And when no lyrics pop in my head, I just use lyrics from a song that I'm listening right when I'm looking for a title. Today's lyrics are from "Anyone Else But You" by the Moldy Peaches !
Anyway.
It's been a week since I got home from the UK and I did nothing but watching TV shows, hanging with friends and generally being a huge lazy ass. I should probably go out and buy some food before I die or something. And clean my flat.
I was actually supposed to prepare for a test to enter a cinema school in Brussels but London happened. Let me explain.
Some of you may remember that I was in London last october, for the 2nd SG UK Shootfest, I met wonderful people, shot 10 sets, fell in love with London again, and all that jazz. Then my bag got stolen and my camera was in it and I lost almost all the sets, blah blah blah, I already told you about that. Thing is, the people I met there are not just nice people. They became real and true friends and among things like, being cool, beautiful, funny and interesting people, they raised a fund to help me buy a new camera. And so I did, after only 3 weeks. So yeah, internet friends, you know. I'm still amazed by all this.
And I went back to London, a couple of weeks ago. I got my revenge ! I got to see some of my dear friends and meet now awesome ones. It was a blast. I stayed at my beloved @snowy's again and we kept laughing all the time. Seriously, she's the best host one can dream for. And I got to see my sweet @totem again (we were supposed to shoot together but she had a migraine, poor thing :( Third time's a charm, right ? We will have our perfect set next time !)
I also met @lucerne and man, an entire blog entry couldn't sum up how I love this girl ! I believe we fell in love instantly and I proposed over an instagram photo and she's now my wifey. I'm gonna marry her and live with her and her handsome boyfriend soon. I also met the gorgeous beauty that is @evee_ and she's so much fun and so sweet ! Can't wait to shoot her when I come back !
And I got to see a few of my favourite people, like @reuben, @elye, @mikaul, @skye_, @chibbi, @casca, @aro and of course, I shot all of them :D We also met the cutie @miss_smiff who shot a set with Snowy, man I can't wait to see it ! Her smile is to die for and she's beyond beautiful ! But yeah, that's a lot of words and not enough pictures, I know. Here you go :

This first week was so much fun ! We shot all these sets and then went to the pub and had such a hilarious night, especially because of this :
@lucerne and I were trying to take a selfie but @snowy photobombed us. We first laughed because of the photobomb. Then we laughed because we looked at the picture. Then we laughed because Snowy said that her nose was a sandwich. Then we laughed because we noticed that her hair made it look like Lucerne's missing a tooth and look like a hillbilly. And I'm laughing right now.
We tried to take another one but @kili (very funny guy, it was nice meeting you !) made use laugh, AGAIN :
But we managed to have our wifey selfie in the end :
The day after that was saturday, and it was all kinds of amazing !
@lucerne said it all in her blog, but still ! I had the pleasure to meet @del, eventually ! We've been chatting here for a bit of time now, and I just LOVE his work. He's so good at what he does, and it seems effortless, I'm kind of jealous haha :D He posted a blog with his cool photos from this day, you should check it out ! I adore them. I really love the photos Del sent me, thank you again ! This day, I also met the pin-up beauty @holley ! She's amaaaaazing ! So talented and sassy and beautiful ! I was so impressed and probably awkward haha :D Can't wait to see the sets she shot recently, I'm really glad she started shooting again for SG.
We went to a delicious japanese restaurant (and yes, I (we) fell in love with the waiter, he was gorgeous !), then wandered all day, had ice-creams and bubble tea, went to Soho and Carnaby Street (The Red Lion pub was the place where my gear got stolen but I can't help loving this neighborhood, so lively and beautiful !). And then we went to an american diner to have mac & cheese. It was funny for me, because they told me that it was amazing and so delicious and I was really curious about it ! But you know, I'm french, so pasta and cheese is quite common here hahaha ! It was good though :) Then we played the pool and had one last drink before going back home. It was such a sweet day and I can't wait to do it again soon !
We chilled for Lucerne's last day with us, almost cried when she left, and then Snowy, her boyfriend, their roomate and I had a little barbecue in their garden. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the golden hour, my favourite time and kind of light of the day :) It was a beautiful night to conclude this first week back in London.
