In a comment on a post on Facebook yesterday, I mentioned, in passing, my lorum piercing. A friend of mine, seeing this comment, decided to Google what a lorum piercing was and was not prepared for the photograph that adorns the appropriate Wikipedia page.
Apparently this is my fault.

Heh. As it happens this was a female friend, so I don't know what difference that would have made. Also, I'm pretty sure that if anyone had asked about it my answer would have been something along the lines of 'look it up: I want you to have 'lorum piercing' in your search history'. So maybe I do bear some responsibility after all.
