my landlady threatened to sue me because my sink overflowed from my washing machine draining.
she yelled at me for twenty minutes on the phone claiming i would have to pay for all the damages. the amount of water that actually hit the floor was enough to soak up only a towel. she never even stepped foot in here to assess the damages and yet she claims that there are some.
it mostly has to do with the french canadian welfare degenerat that lives underneath. i'm sorry if i sound a bit hostile but i am pissed as all hell. the neighbour claims that she is scared to turn the light on for fear of electrocution. wtf? she also says the water leaking caused a lot of damage.
it leaked over her sink! how much damage could it have possibly created? did it clean her dishes by accident?

I'm working on the set, I hope I'll take the pics soon because my photographer is living in another city and he only comes to my place some weekends, but I hope we'll have a met in two or three weeks to take the pics
