Sorry you had to go through it. The combination of losing nearly all my friends, my gf leaving me, giving up my dogs and my children moving to San Francisco left me in a horrible mental state. Near suicidal, constantly crying. But I got help. Therapy and a group called CoDA. It works for me and I'm feeling better and better by the day. Letting go is difficult, but it can happen.
