I just found out that apparently my new running shoes sync to my iPod and track my work-out. Granted I haven't tested this out yet (we slept in this morning instead of getting up to run). This could be intriguing, to see how that all works out. And maybe it will help me to be motivated to run more. Or maybe not!!

good luck with the Nike + iPod thing. I have one which I used for a week or two, but I didn't find it very accurate & didn't really add anything for me. Of course, I have more of the typical love/hate relationship with running, with a far greater emphasis on the "hate" side. I do it, religiously, because I feel like a slug if I don't, but I can't really say I "enjoy" it. I'd much prefer to bike, but to get the same cardio benefit I get from a half hour run, I'd have to bike much longer - and really, who has the time anymore?

The wedding was short (for a Catholic wedding), went out to lunch with my college friends, walked about campus a bit with my gf, then went to the reception (6 hours after the wedding -- wtf?!) and had a great time.
