I just found out that apparently my new running shoes sync to my iPod and track my work-out. Granted I haven't tested this out yet (we slept in this morning instead of getting up to run). This could be intriguing, to see how that all works out. And maybe it will help me to be motivated to run more. Or maybe not!!

Still sporting a perma-smile!
Bought some running shoes yesterday. It seems like a decent way to get into a little better shape, and will eventually be something that gf and I can do together for exercise (other than the obvious!). It is nice to get validation from people that know us both rather well, too.

Had a really good day yesterday. The wedding was short (for a Catholic wedding), went out to lunch with my college friends, walked about campus a bit with my gf, then went to the reception (6 hours after the wedding -- wtf?!) and had a great time. Gf and I were a little bit naughty -- dirty dancing and sneaking into the ladies room together...

Well ... just sent an e-mail telling the "other woman" that I am now dating someone. I'm kinda curious to hear what her response is, though I imagine it won't be that bad. She can't really blame me for "moving on" after all. Quite a bold move on my part, though. But I don't play games and I don't mislead anyone. So it fits.

Wow! Unexpected, yet pleasant, surprise this weekend. Met up with a party-hook-up friend, spent the evening together (baseball game, fireworks, live music, drinks). At her place, her dog and cats immediately took to me! Spent most of the next evening together then nearly all of today together. We've known each other for two days but it feels like years.
