I left a voice mail for you but thought I should take
a minute to put this in writing. As I own by
business, I have employees and do realize the
importance of good customer/ client service. It is
what makes my business run and continue to grow.
Employees like Brian S and Brian K
exemplify this . It seems as though "service" is
becoming more difficult to find. After attempt at
many other paint stores, I decided to check out your
Hunt valley store. I cannot say enough about the
professionalism, kindness and overall concern of these
2 guys. What ever you are paying them - - it's
probably not enough. Please convey my appreciation to
them. They have and are continuing to give me an
