Little update ... not much going on for me here. I was feeling pretty damn confident on the job thing, but I was denied a job for the last three interviews I went to, so I guess I must be doing something wrong here. Perhaps my desperation shines through? Ugh, I need valium.
Hopefully the interviews will keep pouring in.

Im not sure if any of you have this problem, but maybe you do ... fake family members. You know .. the ones that only want to hear abt the GOOD things in your life? But if you try to talk to them abt the bad things, they either ignore u or change the subject?
I HATE the fakeness of family ... they always say "I love you", but they dont even mean it ... its just something that theyre "supposed" to say because theyre family. WTF is that anyway? I dont even know this "aunt bertha" woman, I only met her when I was 4 .. and for some reason she "loves me"? You know she doesnt, because if she did ... there would be concern, which .. there isnt.
And how FAKE does everyone act when their family is around?

~ Are there certain family members you have that would SPAZ if they knew ... "certain things" abt u? And you have to hide that "certain thing" (tattoos, piercings, religious beleifs, etc) when they come over?
~ I hate fakeness, it kills me. Especially FAKENESS in a job interview, come on now ... they dont really BELIEVE that you're really the person you portray yourself to be? What is YOUR take on the "masks" that people wear for certain things?

Actually, Kim is K's sister, Beth is a longtime friend, and Andrea is another friend. They're all orphaned for the big T-day, so we're bringing them over.
We know you're in a tight spot so K and I wanted to fund your Thanksgiving feast. I know, I know, we don't have to, you guys can manage. I know that. Soon you'll have a job again and be raking in the cash, but until then, I'd like to help a friend out, and make sure you have a great holiday. Whatcha think?
