for the type of managing you go into, play to your strengths, if your better at managing a small number of people for long perids of time then go for the band, if your better at organising a lot more people for just a few days or so then go for the events
edit to add: my mums from gorseinon, and her brother now lives in penlan(sp?) never said the gorseinon bit before cos i didnt know how to spell it

i vaugly remember the devils bein the best side in the uk, but that was some years ago, i.e. at least 2 years before the Manchester Storm went into recievership (about 4-5 years ago)
