About that time... time to get some alcohol flowin' through my body and get numb... lol. Seems I may have a rotator cuff injury to my shoulder 
I've had the pain about 2 months but it was just a small annoying pain. Last night I got in a good work out and this morning - yeah... I was in PAIN!!! Had to work - had a heat pad on it.. the sticky kind - forget what it's called... Anyway ... I do NOT want to go to the doctor and find out I need surgery - EFFFF THAT!!! So... tonight... time for some alcohol to get comfortably numb - hahaha... off the next 2 days so I'll rest my shoulder ... keep an ice pack on it... then when moving about having to use the arm I'll use the heat pad... read those 2 things are needed for an injury such as mine.
