That sounds like an EXCELLENT venue for parties. When I lived in Oakland we had a 3,000' sq. ft. live/work warehouse where we could throw down pretty nicely as well.

And it's funny you brought up Dita because my girlfriend was just talking about wanting to go to the show. Do you know if she's going to do her show with Royal Crown backing her up?
