I understood some of that @sg_shop1353963786317 haha. While I have been both stupid anorexic and a chunky monkey through my life I have found my comfort area for weight and mass. I do love to eat and sometimes splurge on terribly unhealthy meals. But I found if I balance my diet/ activity life I can enjoy a fairly normal diet so long as I burn those calories and maintain a certain level of activity the following day.
