As part of some self-therapy I started up due to depression in November (too long of a story), I picked up the Artist's Way. Now one of today's assignments asked me to list people I was jealous of. At first, I was deadlocked; I thought I wasn't jealous of anyone. Then I started writing out a friend's name and the floodgates opened. I realized that a lot of my friends, I'm actually jealous of a lot they can do and a lot of what they have. I'm still a little mixed on how to feel about this. 
On a more positive note, I found out that Northfork is available on DVD. Next paycheck, I anticipate picking that surrealist "masterpiece" up.

I'm like that by nature. I put it aside, as it is negative and I want to be positive. I'm glad I started learning more about Buddhism. I'm a lot more sane and not so gloomy all the time.

depression is never so fun. i hope you are doing better. jealousy is always one of my downfalls, it's not a good thing. i hope your new year treats you well and that everything is looking up. take care.
