I was walking outside to dump my garbage, and all of a sudden I was fascinated by my own garden. As (I hope) you can see, it was cold, misty, and almost dark. Two minutes after I took the picture, it was pitchdark. On one side, this is easily one of the most boring pictures I ever too, but I still want to share.
I hope one of these days, I find a new battery for my old camera. I always loved low-light-photography (and honestly I believe I can master those low lights ;) ), but I was really limited to what my mobile is able to do. And what not... Actually, to take pictures, is just a piece of shit. What you can see, is my daily view. In the deeper shadows, you can see our vineyard. The gray shadows are enormous trees. I love how I could mimic the dept of view just by the shades of grey. (eat this, E.L. James, my garden has over 100 shades of grey!) But I'm sure I will come out much better on film, on a tripod , and with a more descent exposure-time. Do you people still like analogue photography?
My point is something completely different. For quite some time, I had some difficulties with socializing. I loved it, but it really exhausted me. Today, I visited a friend (except from last week, we didn't talk for years) and it gave me so much energy! I used that energy to go into the moment, and hide myself in these low lights. So this is a funny way for me to share that energy. Hi all! :)
