Yaaaaaayyyyyyy!!! I finally got good news about a room in Edinburgh, with 3 days to spare. So, provided I don't show up and disgust all the other flatmates, the tiny bitty room by the Meadows/Bruntsfield Links is mine.
And today my parents took me out to breakfast at one of my favorite breakfast places that we never go to because it's usually too expensive, then we went for a drive in the mountains. Weird weather today -- I wish I'd had a camera, it was foggy (VERY unusual in Santa Fe to have fog or mist) and snowy in the mountains. It looked like those Chinese landscape paintings.
