I hope everyone had a Happy New Years Day.
I:
Did 210 jumping jacks
Visited my in-laws in another city
Ate some of a peppermint patty and goobers (which sent my glucose into the 300s ending my even streak)
Smoked two cigarettes (which I have not done in 2 years-and never again)!
The strange thing was my glusose readings were low when I ate the candy
At least 5 million people are without potable water in Asia-I wonder if the Red Cross here has a program where I can donate cases of water-or if I can start something myself. There are several places in Atlanta-I could help there when I go back.
