1. My roommate is gone for the weekend--thank Christ. But, despite my urges otherwise, I'm going to be social tonight and go to a barbeque and drink. I'm drinking a lot lately; and I don't think I like that.
2. I tried admirably to work through brain lock-up/muselessness, today. It didn't work. I managed only to re-read half of a screenwriting book and drink too much coffee in the process. Not a single word was written. Coincidentally, I haven't listened to music with lyrics in three days.
