Yay! I finally have a stereo in my car again! Or rather, one that works. 
Being deprived of music sucks...
Sushi for the first time on tuesday with Chickmunk, Venice, and Hotpockets. Mmmm. Yummy. I can scratch off two more foods on my list of "gross" things to try. Sushi and eel (mmm... eel sushi!). Whee! And the spicy whatchamacallit rolls were awesome.
Today we get to drive up to Chickmunk's parents' house for xmas eve, then drive a bit more and hit my parents' house. Won't be nearly as bad now that I have music again. *grin*
I think Chickmunk mentioned in her journal that we went to a polyamory meeting. Was definitely... interesting. People talked about tantra quite a bit during the first part of the meeting. I've decided there are three types of people when it comes to tantra: Those who think it's about sex, those who give lip service to the spiritual part but still think it's about sex (usually new-agers it seems), and those who actually practice the religion whence the tantric tradition comes (and yes, Virginia, hinduism is not the only religion with tantric traditions). Not that I'm opinionated about it or anything.
Here's a clue: if you orgasm during "tantra", you've failed. *smirk*
Anyway. Yay! Three day weekend! Woohoo!

Thank you again soooo much for driving me around. The bucket-seat / chickmunk restraint system was quite comfortable!
On good news. I got the beast running well enough to get home. It's sittin' on the street next to my house, so hopefully I can get that taken care of properly tomorrow and have a fantastically running car.
