So, yesterday morning I spent three hours in the ER cause my tummy was all messed up. Apparently I have a nasty virus and I'm on what they call a "BRAT" diet....bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast. I enjoy eating all of those things, but if you know me, you know I love my greasy delicious food, and raw veggies, both of which are big no-no's....
