Todayi left early from work which is rare. I want sick but I didn't feel right got weird tunnel vision, nausea, and a migraine. Idk whether it was cause I've never felt like this. The headache was so bad I thought I might actually have to pull over and throw up on the side of the road. That's not the only thing weird but idk how to explain how I have been feeling.
