I love when my parents tell me I don't know anything. The line, "You're [insert age here], you don't know what you're talking about," had a lot more power when I was 16 than it does at 24.
I want to win the lottery so I can buy an island to do my pirating from. But instead, I think I need to write a fun, exciting, sneakily educational children's book. I'll add it to the list of things to do, later, when I'm not crampy, bitchy, and working too much.
I did not get to see Fahrenheit 9/11 yet, as it is not playing within 2 hours of me and I only got one day off this week, which I mostly spent reading. Oh well. From the box office charts, plenty of people did see it, so I'm sure it will be spreading to more theaters. Documentary filmmaking is another career I want to take up at some point during my life. I need to get moving, people. Somebody tell me where there is grant money for young Jewish women with English degrees, an abundance of ideas, and no free time to pursue them due to the necessity of eating and paying off student loans.
I need a haircut. It's a shaggy mess. As soon as this happens, I will finally post pictures of my blondeness. In the meantime, go look at
Cherry's blondeness instead. Her dye job is better than mine anyway. Still too much yellow in mine.
If you were a pirate, which nation would be your archenemy? These days, mine is definitely the good old U.S. of A., followed of course by the British.
I'm too damn tired to write a good entry today, so I'm leaving this one up and telling you instead to go HERE and vote for D.I.Y. Politics. Why? Because I said so, damnit. And because Kimmy kicks ass in so many ways, and deserves your support. Hell, while you're at it, check out diypolitics and progressivepunx.org.
