I'm seeing Chris Isaak next week! Yes! It's the first gig I have to pay for in bloody ages, but I'm sure it will be worth it. I own all of his albums, can play most of his songs on guitar and officially have a totally gay crush on him. Did you know he's 49? Cor blimey, he's looking good isn't he?
Also coming up next week is a media launch for some band no one has ever heard of who will probably go nowhere. But who cares? When free booze is involved, it could be the launch of a new line of cat jumpers for all I care.
Actually, I'd like that more. I think cats wearing jumpers are awesome, and if it wasn't spring, my cats would be decked out in stripey numbers 24/7. Rock and fuckin' roll.
