I've gotten a job as a freelance writer. I had dinner with my old English teacher (she's cute ok? Ha), and she pointed out I really shouldn't go back to uni. I kinda' agree. I do hate that shit.
My membership is up for renewal on the 13th of December. Not sure if I'll be back. I love the girls, and the few people who read my diary warm my heart (fo' real), but SG is such a well-established community that it's kind of like...it's difficult to get right in to it unless you know someone who knows someone, blah blah blah. I mean, I posted a message to the Australia group telling the Sydney people about an Elliott Smith tribute night I was thinking of organising. Not a single reply. On the one hand, ok, cool, maybe Sydney people don't like Elliott. On the other...I dunno', whatever. I'm just not sure I have the time and enthusiasm to pay for a site (this is the only thing I pay for on the internet, for obvious reasons).
