I had to open up IE rather than my current browser, Mozilla, to update my journal, because there's no "save entry" button on my update journal page in Mozilla. 
Mozilla's tab feature is way addictive, especially with a site like SG.

. I really adored the old layout. It was so pretty and functional. I, personally, had no problems with it. This new layoutjust doesn't make sense to me, and it looks way less professional than the old layout, in my opinion. And like a lot of pther people here, I feel bad complaining, because I know it must have taken a lot of work. I guess I'll learn to deal.
My ass hurts. I tried out some new roller skates yesterday, and I haven't skated in forever. Apparently it's not like riding a bike. I got out of control on a downgrade, and fell *hard* on my ass. It hurt so bad. I wanted to scream. And I like to think I have a pretty high pain tolerance.
But I thought, hey, gotta get back on the horse, or whatever. Then I ran into a tree. The skates came off. I'll try again when I go visit my family this weekend in Manteca, where there are only flat surfaces.
So, we just got DirecTV. I'm never leaving the house again.
I've never had cable before. (I mean, my friends do, my dad does, so I've seen it, but I've never lived in a house w/ it). There's so much tv. It's awesome. And we've got Tivo. The most awesome invention known to man. Gotta pee in the middle of a show? That's okay, pause it! Whoo-hoo! Got any suggestions on things I should be watching? There are so many channels, I couldn't possibly find it all. And my super smart husband installed it all himself.
Anyway, back to tv.

And... do you have a laptop w/ wireless? If not then you would probably not leave hte house anyway, because sg is filled with amusements. Woohoo...
hey i've really missed you lately. i've been so busy with work and moving now and trying to find another job that it seems i only have enough time on here to get to past posts. and i hardly have enough time to do that.
i know it's all just excuses... but trust me if i was rich and didn't have to work my ass off i would be glued to this site almost 24 hrs a day. you remember how much i used to bug you when i wasn't working? i was on here all the time. doing friendship tours and stuff. i never have the time to enjoy one of those anymore. it was nice to actually post to every single person on my friend's list. i miss it and you.
i'm glad to read that you are doing so well. and i hope that your butt feels better. i'd rub it for you but i'm all the way oer here. i hope that you are adjusting ok to the new site. i think i'm one of the few people that actually dug it from the beginnning. but i was new to the site only joined in april so maybe i wasn't as attached as most of the members were. oh well. i hope you still love me even though we disagree on this point. it's been pretty hectic since the change.
