so, I can finally write a bit more in here now that I am done with the Master Cleanse, I had to stop early..I made it through 7 days. But when I woke up on the 7th day I felt horrible, my heart was racing and I was so weak that I literally could not get out of bed, just turning from my side to my back made my heart race faster. I thought I was going to have a heart attack.It was scary..so I thought that was my body screaming at me that we were done. I guess it was because the hours when I was sleeping my blood sugar would drop too low, because you really need to drink the stuff all day...if I would go to long without it I would get dizzy, irritable and my head would start to ache. I feel good about the time I stayed on it though, it must of did some good.

I got alot of reading done during the fast..I read 'Black Hole', by Charles Burnes, two Silent Hill graphic novels and 'Gemma', by Meg Tilly. All of the books were really good actually..now I have to see if I can get through 'Middlesex' last time I tried reading it. I kept losing interest.

I am also planning the next Fat Bottom Girl show for The Dirty Show which is comming up on Valentine Day weekend...it's fun but it is always very stressful to, getting all the girls together, getting costumes, making props,working out all of the choreography...I usually start earlier than this so wish me luck!

almost forgot, I am helping out with a comic book to...I will write more about that later, but I am putting some illustrations in, which will be funny because I can't draw all that well.

If you ever look at my food and there is hardly anything there, it's because I add things later..not because I can live off of 4 fig newtons and a bannanna...I wouldn't want to give people the wrong idea...some people asked how I managed to eat so little...I don't, I would sleep all day and be cranky if I did.
