It's gonna be another hot day and I am not looking forward to it... x.x I was meant for cool or cold temperatures not blazing hot weather. Yeah Washington would be nicer in winter. I've never been but since it's more south, it would be milder. Wouldn't a federal city be a bit boring? I know Ottawa is lol.
