Wow I don't know what to say about the great reaction to my Member Review set, I really didn't expect it! Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to comment on it and let me know what they thought. I really appreciate it, you are all lovely.

I was a bit nervous about this member review thing and was also nervous as I hadn't shot anything for over a year and had been away for a while. Albertine did such a great job though, she's wonderful to work with and she really pushed me to engage with the camera better. She really understood my idea and how to visualise it too. I'm so lucky getting to work with artists like her and Cherry for all my photo-sets. Hopefully we might see it on the front-page one of these days then ^_^
We shot that set in Italy in the summer and despite it being 30 degrees outside the water was freezing cold but it was lovely and refreshing too! You know I like doing that kind of thing to myself though, I remember when Cherry and I shot Serpentine we were in the North Sea in September! I love swimming outdoors and being underwater so much. I'd love to live somewhere warm for a while at some point so I could have a less cold sea to swim in but I think I will always be a cold-climate lover in the end.
Lots of people asked about my hair, I am indeed letting my natural colour come through. I shot another set with Albertine where it's the same as in this set but after that I'd like to shoot something new and as all the black has grown out now you will get to see me in my natural um...glory? oddness?!
I think I am finally learning to embrace all the strange things about my appearance that I used to feel awkward about and I'm learning that I am happier the more natural I feel. Someone who finds me beautiful as I am is worth far more than someone who likes me more when I have changed myself to fit into their perception of something like beauty. I want more honesty in myself.
