Yeah, I actually did try Connect. I absolutely refuse to work on the phones in a call centre (been there, done that, made me homicidal), but I applied for a job there as a quality monitor. I sent them a resume and I followed up over the phone twice, but they still didn't even have me in for an interview. blackeyed
