My radio crosses frequencies, or whatever, with the town's police scanner. Apparently I'm the only one who notices? It's very scary when I'm groovin' in the shower to some cheesy tunes and then a booming static-y voices cuts in telling me about a robbery on Main Street or whatever.
"This love has taken it's toll o- SUSPECT IS ON FOOT, I REPEAT ON FOOT- she said goodbye too many times beforeee."
And the thing is, I look around for that voice EVERYTIME. It also leaves me quite shaken for a few moments.
