Hey, been there, if you've aready asked him to come back and he said no then just forget about him and move on with your life. If you haven't asked him to come back yet then do, because you won't be able to satisfy that urge any other way. If he says no, which it sounds like he probably would, then I'm not going to lie to you, it'll hurt worse again for a week or so, but once you get past that, then you can start fresh. Once you decide to move on then don't talk to him and don't see him no matter what. The only time I see or talk to my ex is about the kids and onl what I absolutely have to say. Trust me on this. Reading your journal today is like reading my own mind 6 months ago, it does get easier with time, but it'll be realy hard for a while, you just gotta push on through. Always hear if ya need an ear. I went through the exact same shit so trust me on this. this is why life sucks!!!

you put it in quotes, who said that? i've come to that conclusion (the idea that sentence is pointing at) on my own except I would phrase it more poorly. This is what i do when i feel like i'm losing my grip. i attend to all my senses equally, nothing is blocked out. I can feel the weight of my clothes, hear the ticks of the clock and feel the co2 switch with the oxygen in my lungs. It's a state of mind that's rather difficult to maintain (distractions) but you get the effect described in your entry.

no prob on the ranting, I do it all the time, won't tell you my exact situation right ow cause I don't have that much time to type right now, but remind me and I'll tell ya later. Anyways, just fuckin forget about this guy and move on. It's hard, but you owe it to yourself!!! I've been through 8 months down that long hard road.and belive me it gets easier as you go it just takes time. Hell theres still a day here and there where I'm a fuckin mess about the whole thing.

and my philosophy on life going your way is that you gotta go out and make shit happen. There are to types of people those who let thigns happen to and those who make shit happen. When I think of everything good thats happened to me in my life most of its shit I MADE HAPPEN. When you go out and get what you want, make shit happen, it ussually happens for you instead of to you. make sense?

And with your current situation might I suggest listening to some Alkaline Trio, I reccomend the albums maybe I'll Catch Fire, or Alkaline Trio(rare tracks.)
