Okay, so I just moved to Topeka about 3 weeks ago so that I could come join forces with a friend of mine on the job front. I'm staying with a woman, the mother of one of the employees, her daughter and her daughter's friend. Lucky me in a house full of beautiful women. It's a great house too, plus cheap rent. So basically life is good, right? Well not really, because I left my former home, not something I REALLY wanted to do, but it was gonna be worth it to me with this job opportunity and the things I would learn from it. Now that I'm here, my job description is completely different than what I was wanting, so I'm not learning all the stuff I'd hoped to learn and that upsets me.

See, I'm devoted to my career, it's what I love and always want to be moving forward with it. Leaving home meant I had to abandon some other projects and put some other ones at a distance. I did all of this because I thought in a year or two's time, I'd be much better at all the other stuff I was doing. So now, I'm thinking that, Topeka ain't gonna work out for me. I'm gonna have to quit a job I just started and go back home. Maybe the thing to be learned here for me was that, I miss my home. I tend to travel alot or move alot and never really get too attached to any one place, but apparently I've become fairly attached to Branson. Totally caught me off guard, I know, but I really miss being there. I think it is a GREAT place to live!
