All and all, my switch back to being completely nocturnal was an over all success. I had extra energy to hit the gym at 5:30 am, and I produced 12 pages of a short story. I'd probably be euphoric if not for a conversation I had with my dad later on this morning. Because the book is taking about 3 months to print (a bombshell the editors neglected to mention) he has retracted his newfound enthusiasm for my writing. While it pretty much killed my mood for the rest of the morning, I could only come to the conclusion that since I started doing this with zero support, there was no reason that I needed anyone's blessing to continue on from this point. I love my family, but they only seemed to care once they knew I was getting a check, and that is not what writing (or any art) is about. Besides, the block is finally gone, and that has been the one thing troubling me the most in the last few months; considering all the shit I've had to put up with in that time, that is definitely saying something.
He also told me that he's finally considering selling the house and moving mom and himself to greener pastures sometime ni October. I must admit that I am somewhat relieved to hear this. He has been retired for seven years now, but has little to show for it other than a high maintainence house and children who constantly hit him up for money (I'm happy to say I don't fit into the latter group). It would be nice to see him and mom move to somewhere that they can spend the rest of their days enjoying life instead of lamenting it. I've been living with them for about a year now, in order to help out with things that their physical problems impede them from doing. While I am more than happy to stick around and do what I can for them, it doesn't change the fact that I'm 25 and living with my parents. If they do move on in October, then it gives my temporary stay here a solid dateline for getting back on with my life, as opposed to this dread of knowing when exactly it will be time to leave them without badly hindering them.
All and all, things are looking somewhat optimistic. I still wish there were people I could spend time with in the immediate area, and my love life could use a shot in the arm, but considering the circumstances I think I'm doing all right at the moment.

As to swedish porn, I have swedish in me and I'm somewhat proud of their openness.
I'd be interested in hearing about the short story if you talk about writing projects.
I love the days and I love the sunlight, I guess its just the rain thats getting me down today, and still I know that the earth needs every drop of it...so Im not really complaining, just merely wishing for something a little warmer, some day...oh sigh.
