If robots and humans started having sex with each other, then would cyborgs be the new bisexuals? robot
lecia:
um... confused

I think robots and humans have been reproducing for years. It explains all the people I went to school who appeared to be human physically, but had no goals other than to get good grades for the sake of getting good grades. Robots are very objective-oriented. (Though maybe that'd be a good thing in bed.)

While I like having the entire morning to myself to either be productive and just release stress, I feel completely wiped out at the end of the day after class. I thought I'd be a little more energetic throughout, since I'm getting enough sleep to go along with the new healthy diet and barrage of vitamins and herbal supplements, but no dice. Maybe I really...

My new sleep schedule is in full effect, so I am now a morning person once again, which means I'm making steady and noteworthy progress on my freelance deadlines. Of course, a consequence of this may be that I will not be around to chat with you some of you as much, but expect an email or a phone call in the near future.

I vented my frustration towards the stupid and the snarky.

I feel vindicated and much better now.

thats nice. i truly hope you feel better whatever

i read all of the comments and your response, and i totally applaud it. the "ohmigawd, this is SO two years ago" thing drives me nuts. you wrote an intelligent, well-worded story that is, as someone in the thread said, exposes people to things they might not have otherwise known. that makes it news. many people don't know the vast warren of underground eating disorder communities... and apparently some of the people who do are pretty protective of them. i'm looking to flag a few comments that are abusive. mad i hate when people act juvenile.

I got really depressed last night and went to bed early, but things just got worse. I woke up every hour from nightmares, and each one worst than the last. The anniversary is coming up soon, and all the nightmares revolved around it; it so bad that I decided that waking up at 4am and staying awake was better than whatever my subconscious had in...

my husband gets like that. this april will be the 4th (?)anniversary of his fiancee being killed in a car accident. he does the whole nightmare thing and stuff from time to time. i'm not sure what you're speaking in reference to, but if it's anything even semi-related, feel free to contact him. he's edtheripper on here. i apologize if i'm out of line, seeing as i don't know you, but i read your last journal and saw that you might want someone to talk to.

anyhow, i just published your bracelet story. it was great. well, the subject matter was scary, but your submission was quality. i look forward to reading more submissions by you smile

Hey hun, thanks for the comment that you posted about my family. You're right, I don't need them. It's their loss when they find out just how happy I am and just what they are missing without me being there

Third update today, but the mood swings demand it. Lots of literary progress made today, but I was just hoping for someone to talk to, which is one of the many things this godforsaken wasteland lacks. I need to get out of here soon, if only for a weekend. Any suggestions?

Belize.

When the timing's right, the prices on American Airlines are about $300, not much more than you'd pay to fly to NYC or MIA. Hotels are $25-80 a night. The islands are prettier and less spoiled than the Carribean, and the jungle is filled with Maya pyramids. It's an amazing, beautiful, affordable place, and the folks are friendly. Nothing like a cheap beach in the tropics to clear your mind...

I know its time to update when I can't remember what half the posts on my journal are about.

I finally started writing; I have most of the intro chapter done now and I'm hoping to hit the research books that I ordered some time this evening. I'm getting that total drain feeling that I used to get when I was writing for too long,...

It's an alt club here in Cambridge. Thursday is Campus, for all the local twinks to come out and flirt at each other; Friday is Fetish/goth night, with occasional themes (like the silly performance by the Playboy bunnies last night); and Wednesday (?) and Saturday are kinda punk-80s-throwback.

It's a great place to get hit on by sketchy older guys who want to worship your feet, as well as dance until you are pleasantly sweaty biggrin

I'm feeling a little better, but sinuses are still plaguing me. I'm also hoping the psuedoephedrine in the OTCs will give me a bit of energy to stay up through the day and start sleeping unlike an undead parasite.

Speaking of which, I would like to thank Amazon for further distracting me from any real work, since they managed to get the Angel Season 5...

Angel season five reminds me of Buffy season six, in terms of "Oh, god, I survived another episode." I actually think the Angel finale surpasses the Buffy finale, in terms of final battles and going down fighting. Buffy found some sort of peace that, while after 7 years and two deaths I think she deserved, didn't make for much of a show-stopper.

Also, while Spike remains my favorite character from the Buffyverse and it was agony to see his souley incineration, Wes and Illyria's final scene makes me sob hard, out of breath, like I just finished running.

I keep it around on the tivo for that explicit summoning ability. Sick habit.

Nevertheless... how're you enjoying Ats S5?

(do I get dork points for my abbreviatory skills?)
