Why does life have to be so painful at times? Something horrible happens and we never forget it. We try to get over it and as soon as we think we have... it comes up again, memories flood back, emotions come pouring out.

I just finished my public speaking speech not too long ago about my sons father and now I cannot stop crying. I am so depressed right now and I'm not sure what to do....
