Nope most of mine are torn or "loose" ligaments and tendons. Hope you can find an answer though. Have you tried any joint supplements? Not sure they would help if you are actually missing cartilage but it might be something to look into?

you'd be surprised how many other people you know are probably holding in the same kind of shit. I know I do the same thing for sure. I've kicked the dashboard of my car with all my strength so many times i'm surprised it hasn't cracked, broken every coffee mug in our apartment, said horrible things to people I love, and definitely hurt myself out of anger too many times to count. And I won't even mention some of the horrible thoughts I have when I'm alone. hang in there dude, the anger always fades eventually.
