well, just 5 days till I go grey...feels like logans run or something.

I had a terrible scare last week.

I'm sitting here at work, and I get a call. a woman says Mr. B? unless you can pay us $24,000 by friday, we're taking your tax return, and will begin garnishing 30% of your gross income. we have already filed paperwork with your payroll department.

turns out I hadn't been paying a loan off. I was in a rehab program for a loan, and I thought I was paying off everything. I was dead wrong.

now, what those assholes failed to tell me was that there's a rehab program available. when I asked they said oh, sure, no problem, we'll get you into that right away. when I asked why they hadn't told em about it (I found out through another source), she said "well, that's a catch 22, we're not allowed to bring it up unless you do."

Catch 22?! what the fuck? I think she meant to say screw job...or maybe fuck-over....
