Not much hunting going on right now here where I live in California, but the surf has been good. I'm back in Texas sense Monday and have been off in the backwoods hunting sense Tuesday. It was alot of fun but apparently blue fingernail polish is to extreame for some of them redneck contry people.

I hope you had fun snowboarding. I found snowboarding to be a cross of surfing and skateboarding. Snowboarding is hard the first couple of times, but then once you get the hang of it, you'll progress quite rapidly. There's lots of places in Northern Cal. to snowboard....boreal, tahoe, sugar bowl, etc.
I live quite a ways from the snow so I only get to snowboard a couple of times during the winter, but I do get to go to the beach everyday. Carpinteria is about 3 1/2 hours north of San Diego. It's a small town 10 miles south of Santa Barbara.
