Times, they are a changin'. I can't really go into much detail about the other day right now as it's work-stuff and it's all kinda up in the air right now. But I can say Little Miss Sunshine cracked my shit up.
I got to see my b-day present from the boy last night... He designed me a pair of sneakers that... well, if I exploded into shoe-form, that's what these shoes would look like. They're just that awesome.
I had this interview yesterday with this journo who was thoroughly incredible. It's always a treat to talk to one who can ask intelligent questions about technical matters, it's even more of a treat when it's a woman asking (the feeling was apparently mutual, she seemed pretty pleased to be talking to a woman). It's even more of a treat when she has an accent and uses phrases like "knockin' about" that make it so I have to force myself not to titter like a school girl, and yet more when she fully groks my message. Yay.
I'm a very contented girl these days.
