Had the sinus headache of death all weekend, which has progressed to having the skin under my eye go numb, presumably because the pressure in my sinus is so much. It seems to be do-able during the day but after about 7PM it becomes unbearable. Called the hospital this AM, they told me the same shit people have been telling me about my sinus problems for 15 years that has not been working. Can't get hold of any acupuncturists, so unless it gets worse and I have to go to the ER, I just have to try and soldier through it.

I hope you are feeling better. Sometimes a sauna or steambath can help. if not the sinus than atleast the soul.
