Here's the prom update:
Got in Thursday, hung with the grandparents in the east bay all morning. That was very nice, a good restful night and a pleasant morning catching up. Which was especially good as both of us were working on a doozy of a sinus infection.
Friday we went into town to the Zeitgeist to have a beer and a delicious grilled cheese sandwich. Then off to a pre-pre-party. Good times, even if I did start this wild and crazy afternoon by passing out on a distant couch for a while. Went to the pre-party at the Rio for a bit before we had to catch the last BART to stay with a former-SG pal, Paul.
Saturday, hit the Tornado for a deeelicious pomegranate cider with the gang again. Then off to check into the hotel, to check in and nap a bit before getting some dinner and getting ready for the big event. The big event was a hoot, lots of hot people and copious drinking. Bit bummed that more folks from the northwest didn't show up but hey, if we're gonna represent I can't think of a better person than a hottie like LadyRay!
Sunday was a mellow day before heading home. Hit SFMOMA and wandered for a few hours, very therapeutic.

Today I crashed, tried to work from home, even that didn't work. Took the hint and slept my day away before going to yoga. Catching up on watching Veronica Mars. I'm getting way engrossed in this show. It's not quite Buffy-quality, but it's pretty damned engrossing.
