so i had a horrible day, my boss is a horrible woman who doesn't believe her employees over the customers. Some customer on the phone was angry because she couldn't find a product anywhere and expected us to have it. she then accused me of not helping her at all and was yelling at me through the phone so i told her in a calm voice "would you like to speak to the manager, her name is melissa and she'll be able to tell you if we carry what you are looking for" i had to say it twice before she accepted that i was talking to her and then put her on hold and transfered the call. no less than 5 minutes later (we had a big line mind you) i was called to the back room, yelled at, and accused of something i didn't do and was told to clock out and leave. Before I left i was having a panic attack and multiple co-workers saw me breathing erratically and crying out the door..I'm so embarrassed and angry and upset and just many feelings are coming to mind that i can't describe. I'm so scared to go to work tomorrow...

Unfortunately, some supervisors just aren't equipped to communicate appropriately with their employees. I've been through what you're going through now. Hang in there!

That sounds like the job I just quit. People accusing me of being rude and calling my manager and then I get yelled at for something I didn't do. Horrible, horrible, people, you didn't deserve that kind of treatment, it you ask me.
